Ben Beam earning his stripes with help of UK distillation program

UK's Distillation, Wine and Brewing program has student enrolled with famous last name in the distilling industry

The University of Kentucky's Distillation, Wine and Brewing certificate program has only been around a couple of years, but it is already attracting students who are interested in the industry. One of those students in the program could be considered an industry insider because of his last name, Beam, from the well-know Jim Beam bourbon family. But just like the other students, Beam is in the program to learn.
