First Impressions leaves Harlan County leaders excited about future

We have all heard that first impressions can have the biggest impact and that's the idea behind a program from the UK College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. First Impressions is a program from the Community and Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky or CEDIK. The program is designed to help communities learn what people think of them based on first impressions, through a structured assessment. Harlan County, in Southeastern Kentucky, recently went through the First Impressions process and the community is receiving feedback.
