Raised bed gardening helps people understand how to grow vegetables

Out of concern for people struggling in an economically-depressed county, the Lee County Cooperative Extension Service in Eastern Kentucky is trying to help by offering classes on raised-bed gardening.  Classes have been going on this spring at the extension offices where there are several raised beds as a demonstration garden and it is changing people's attitudes about gardening.
